Products
The display brightness of the new display screen is slightly different from that of the old one. Many old display screen tubes have worn down over time and their colors have turned yellow or gray. When you receive a new display screen, most of them have white light. We consider this to be normal and there is no need to worry. If you purchase an LCD backlit display screen, the light may be very dim when you turn it on. Please don't worry, you need to turn it on for 24 hours before you can see its color change, because we need to heat it up and work for more than 24 hours.
Please test the product as soon as you receive it. If it does not work, take clear photos and videos of the issue and contact us immediately. We will then provide technical support or arrange a return or exchange.
Yes, for many manufacturers who no longer produce or have long ordering cycles, we have some backup or replacement products with the same size and function as the original product, but with some differences in production process. We will send you PDF files of two products for you to verify. The confirmation function does not require any modifications. You can replace the original product directly and then make the payment. We provide warranty for substitute products, and you need to verify it with us before shipping.
If the old product on your machine equipment has the same model as the product you are currently ordering, it can be used normally. Because the models on our website are all international standard models, and each of their standards is established by the original brand, we only sell them and will not add any of our standards. Therefore, the new products you receive will have the same standards as the old ones that were previously updated. If there are any differences between the new one and your old one, you can contact us.

Yes, TSS service strictly implements 100% pre shipment testing. The testing process of TSS service is standardized to ensure that every LCD panel sent to you meets specifications and is in full working condition.
Appearance inspection: Under standard lighting conditions, check if the screen surface has scratches, cracks, stains, bubbles, or backlight foreign objects.Power-on test: Connect to a standard signal source and check if the entire screen can be properly lit up, and if there are any bright spots, dark spots, flickering screens, etc. We follow strict pixel defect standards.Color and uniformity: Display full white, full black, red, green, and blue pure color images, and check if the brightness uniformity, color spots, and light leakage are within the allowable range.Interfaces and connections: Verify the physical connection and signal transmission of all interfaces (such as LVDS, eDP, etc.) to ensure they are normal.
