1.What is the time limit for returns and exchanges?
We support returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order. Non-product quality problems, refuse to return or exchange.
2.Specific provisions on commodity return and exchange (check the goods within 30 days after you received the goods and know what circumstances can be returned or replaced, and what circumstances cannot be returned or replaced)
(1)Some goods have special features and must meet the following conditions before they can be returned or replaced :

②For all unopened products, If you need to return or exchange an item, please do so within 30 working days from the date of receipt.
(2)Returns and exchanges are not supported under the following conditions:
①If the product does not match the original structure, we will not accept the return or exchange product. For example: soldering, writing procedures, removing the original accessories, damaging the factory protection label, etc. If buyers have any questions, please put forward within 30 days after receiving the product. Otherwise, we will default to have qualified.
②We will not accept return or exchange applications after 30 working days from the date of receipt of the product.
③Returns and exchanges due to personal preferences are not accepted
3.Return and exchange shipping Instructions:
①If the refund is due to product(Includes custom products) quality issues (such as incomplete LCD display, or suddenly not working), the return shipping fee will be borne by us.but custom products mold opening fee will not be refunded.
②Need to exchange goods, you pay the shipping cost to send the product to us, the express fee for sending out the new product will be paid by us.
4.How to return or exchange the goods?
Application for return and replacement: Please contact our customer service email 58718446@qq.com to apply first.
Your email should contain a detailed explanation of the product(s) problem, photos & videos, and the order number,and we will provide feedback within 24 hours.
After the application is approved, please send the goods to be returned along with the product list and return them according to the address in the confirmation email. (Exchange product :After receiving and confirming that it is our product, the new product will be shipped out with the address specified by the buyer within 3 working days.)
If returned using a non-traceable courier.please understand that we are not responsible for the loss,breakage, or misdelivery of product.

Submit a return or exchange request: We may require you to fill out a return and exchange request form or provide necessary information to process your return and exchange request. Make sure to follow the instructions and complete the required steps.
Wait for processing: Once you have submitted the return and exchange request, we will process the return or exchange request within 1-3 working days.
Receive the refund: If your refund request is approved, It is expected that the refund will be refunded to the original payment method you used when purchasing within 7 working days,such as a credit card, PayPal, etc.
